3 Money List Titles for Srixon in 2013 along with 69 Victories!

Srixon Sports claims third money list title of the year

Srixon Sports has won its third money list title of the 2013 golf season after it’s staff player and Japanese golf sensation, Hideki Matsuyama claimed the Casio World Open title to win the JGTO Money List.

With Inbee Park winning the LPGA Money List after a record breaking 3 Major victories in one season, and Rikako Morita winning the JLPGA Money List, Matsuyama becomes the first player to win the JGTO Money List in their rookie year after winning four events this season.

Matsuyama only turned professional in April 2013 and has seen a meteoric rise up the world rankings into the number 23 spot. Matsuyama also demonstrated his ability on the world stage this season, after finishing in the top ten at both the US Open and the Open, finishing tied tenth and tied sixth respectively.

After closing out the victory at the Kochi Kuroshio Country Club, Matsuyama said: “It makes me happy to win a tournament and clinch the money title at a course where I practised golf when I was in middle school and high school. I’ve never played so patiently in tournaments in which I led going into the final round. I managed to hold on."

All three Money List winners use Srixon’s premium Z-STAR ball range. The Srixon Z-STAR features revolutionary Spin Skin technology, increasing friction between the ball and the clubface by as much as 20%. Powered by Srixon’s Neo Energetic Gradient Growth technology, the Z-STAR range produces exceptional performance in the wind, thanks to a new 344 speed dimple pattern. The Z-STAR range is now used by many international players, including Graeme McDowell and Keegan Bradley and to date they have amassed 69 victories in total in 2013.
